Danielle Paige is a New York Times bestselling author known primarily for her young adult fantasy novels and fairy tale retellings. Her breakout success came with the Dorothy Must Die series, which offers a dark reimagining of L. Frank Baum's The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.
Before her career as a novelist, Paige worked as a television writer for shows on ABC, NBC, and soap operas including Guiding Light and Days of Our Lives. She transitioned to novel writing in 2014 with the release of Dorothy Must Die, which became the first installment in a four-book series.
