🤔 Interesting facts

🔮 Raymond E. Feist wrote Magician: Apprentice while playing Dungeons & Dragons in college, basing much of Midkemia's world on his gaming campaign. 🏰 The book was originally published as a single novel called "Magician" in 1982, but was split into two parts (Apprentice and Master) for the U.S. market due to its length. ⚔️ The Tsurani, the alien race from Kelewan who invade Midkemia, were inspired by a blend of Asian cultures, particularly medieval Japanese and Korean societies. 📚 This novel launched what would become the Riftwar Cycle, spanning 30 books over 30 years and selling over 20 million copies worldwide. 🎮 The world of Midkemia was later adapted into several successful video games, including "Betrayal at Krondor" (1993) and "Return to Krondor" (1998).
