Book

Not Your Typical Dragon

📖 Overview

Crispin Blaze comes from a family of fire-breathing dragons, but on his seventh birthday something unexpected happens. Instead of breathing fire like other dragons, Crispin produces whipped cream, beach balls, marshmallows and other surprises. His parents take him to doctors and experts to find a solution, while Crispin faces challenges at dragon school. He makes an unlikely friend in Sir George, a knight who is supposed to be his natural enemy. Together, Crispin and Sir George embark on a quest to understand Crispin's unique abilities. Their journey puts them in situations where Crispin's differences might prove more valuable than traditional dragon fire. This story explores themes of self-acceptance and finding one's own path rather than following conventions. The narrative demonstrates how perceived weaknesses can become strengths when viewed from a different perspective.
