📖 Overview
D.Gray-man follows Allen Walker, a young exorcist who serves the Black Order, a secret organization that fights against the Millennium Earl and his army of demons called Akuma. The story takes place in an alternate 19th century where exorcists use supernatural weapons called Innocence to battle evil forces.
The manga combines action sequences with supernatural elements as Allen and his fellow exorcists face increasingly powerful opponents. Missions take the characters across Europe and Asia as they search for pieces of Innocence while uncovering conspiracies within their own organization.
Through a mix of dark fantasy and gothic horror elements, D.Gray-man explores themes of sacrifice, faith, and the price of power. The series questions what it means to be human in a world where the line between good and evil becomes increasingly blurred.
